There is a lot of buzz and a lot of rumors circulating about the iPhone 7 and Apple’s other upcoming releases. Everything from design changes, to release dates, to new features have the technology world abuzz. To get your Apple fix and learn more about all that’s speculated to be going into the next generation of iPhone, read on.
The Launch Date
In September 2016, it is probable that apple will release the third Plus-branded iPhone, which will most likely be called the iPhone 7 Plus, after 2015’s S-class upgrade, or the iPhone Pro. This phone will have a 5.5 inch screen. This rumored iPhone will be released along with the 4.7 inch iPhone 7 later this year and possibly even a new 4 inch iPhone which will likely be called iPhone SE.
What Will It Look Like?
It’s thought that after the virtually physically identical previous iPhones released by Apple, the iPhone 7 Plus should have a dramatic physical redesign. It’s hard to say with any certainty what these physical changes will look like, but it is very likely that these new iPhones will be thinner than ever.
Innovations In Technology
Battery life may be slightly improved. Higher resolution screens are a possibility, though not a strong one. Many want harder screens and more storage space and it is rumored that the iPhone 7 Plus may have as much as 256GB in storage offered, while the iPhone 7 will not. Wireless charging, better waterproofing, no headphone jack, a dual camera, and edge-to-edge screens are all possible features of the new iPhone.
