Defragmenting your hard drive or doing a “defrag” can be a headache, especially if you don’t understand the benefits of doing so. While it is a hassle to find time when you aren’t doing anything else (and your computer is on, and you have enough available disk space, and…), defragmenting your hard drive is incredibly important. So why should you defrag?

It certainly seems like everyone has a computer these days, or at least access to one. Update: As of about 10:15 am, things seem to be coming back online for Google Apps and Gmail.
Since about 8:00 am today, Google’s Gmail and Google Apps for Business mail are down.
Twitter is abuzz with it. It’s beginning to show up in the search engines.
Note that it doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone, but many are complaining about it. Stay tuned – we’ll keep you posted.
